Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns

As all JOUD & RAHAF products are handcrafted after order confirmation, returns due to a change of mind or cancellation after purchase are not accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect attributable to the store:

  • The store must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect must be provided.
  • The case will be reviewed and handled in accordance with the store’s policy and applicable laws.

Claims regarding damage or defects reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

 

Exchanges

Exchange requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging must remain intact and undamaged.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.
  • Customers must contact the store before returning the product to arrange the exchange process.
